Please be advised that Ameren Missouri will resume issuing disconnect notices and subsequent interruption of services for non-payment beginning on July, 21, 2020.

With Ameren Missouri resuming normal business, customers with a delinquent account may be at risk for disconnection. The first possible day for disconnects will be on Aug 3, 2020.

Until the disconnect notices begin to be sent to customers, Ameren will continue sending out the reminder letter so that customers can seek assistance if necessary.

Take advantage of various resources, while funds are available.
Keep in mind that Ameren Missouri has additional energy assistance funding and options for customers, including those who may not qualify for other utility assistance types and are having difficulty paying their bill:

The Missouri Department of Social Services helps income-eligible customers. Contact your local Community Action Agency or call 1-855-FSD-INFO (1-855-373-4636) to request an application.
Funds are available for the elderly and physically disabled, and low-to-moderate income families.
