Rental Housing Manager:
The Rental Housing Manager oversees the day-to-day management of a diverse rental portfolio of 400+ scattered-site, single-family homes; two senior living buildings with 95 apartments; and a 114-unit multifamily apartment complex. The portfolio consists of a mix of market, LIHTC, and HOME fund units. Duties include leading a team of Property and Compliance Managers; managing the rental housing budget; serving as the main contact for third-party housing partners; and more.
The Rosie Shields Manor Property Manager oversees the day-to-day management of a 52-unit senior apartment building and an additional portfolio of 150+ scattered-site, single-family homes. Duties include scheduling move-ins; executing lease agreements; completing move-out processes; scheduling senior activities such as outings, wellness classes, and exercise programs; coordinating resident town hall meetings; and more.
The Maintenance Technician performs repairs and preventative maintenance on a growing portfolio of 400+ scattered-site, single-family homes; two multifamily senior living buildings with 95 apartments; and five commercial buildings. Duties include performing repairs and maintenance of vacant units; completing preventative home maintenance; daily work orders for urgent and non-urgent repairs; and more.
