Belle Children’s Services of St. Louis Arc provides is an early childhood education program focuses on children from birth to six years old, particularly those with developmental delays and disabilities. Children learn social and academic skills. They have embedded services in schools around the Normandy School Collaborative, and provide support for teachers and staff in those schools.
