Join Beyond Housing's Community Health Program on Saturday, November 4 from 11am-2:30pm. 24:1 Community members living with Type II Diabetes or caring for someone with Type II Diabetes are encouraged to learn more by gaining access to Medicare and Medicaid resources and insurance brokers and get your questions answered by a Physician. The diabetes resource van from Affinia Healthcare will also be on site.
The first 25 people to attend will also receive a $20 gift card.
