The Jayson Tatum Foundation, in partnership with SoFi and Beyond Housing, is hosting a FREE Generational Wealth and Homeownership Workshop for prospective applicants interested in the Jayson Tatum Foundation Homebuyer Grant Program.
SoFi has committed $1 million to support homeownership in St. Louis, with Jayson Tatum matching that contribution.

Attendance Is Required
Participation in this in-person workshop is a prerequisite for grant qualification. Anyone interested in applying for the Homebuyer Grant Program should register now to reserve a seat.
Prospective applicants must also meet program qualifications, including demonstrating low-to-moderate income, being a first-time homebuyer, and planning to purchase a home in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, or St. Charles County, Missouri.
The Grant Process
The process includes:
- Attending the Generational Wealth and Homeownership Workshop
- Completing the grant application
- Completing Homebuyer Education and Housing Counseling with Beyond Housing
- Grant award for applicants who successfully complete the process and qualify
