The program was created to help homeowners with $15,000 of essential home repairs. Priority is given to households with permanent household members who are at least 62 years of age or are mentally or physically disabled.
Requirements:
- Property Taxes must be paid
- Owner needs to have Homeowner’s Insurance
- The house needs to be owner-occupied
- Household needs to be below the 80% Area Median Income (see chart below).
