The program was created to help homeowners with $15,000 of essential home repairs. Priority is given to households with a permanent household member who meets one of the following criteria: a) honorably discharged veteran, or b) mentally or physically disabled, or c) 62 years of age or older. Other requirements apply.

Requirements:

  1. Property Taxes must be paid
  2. Owner needs to have Homeowner’s Insurance
  3. The house needs to be owner-occupied
  4. Household needs to be below the 80% Area Median Income (see chart below).
