The Generate Health program’s focus is on convening community members and organizations focused on eliminating racial disparities in infant mortality and maternal health outcomes. The bulk of Generate Health’s efforts are divided into two initiatives: the Bloom network, which focuses on home visitation, perinatal behavioral health, and safe sleep; and FLOURISH, which aims to lower rates of infant mortality.
