Beyond Housing’s Economic Development work focuses on commercial properties in the 24:1 Community. Our organization owns and operates space for local small businesses that provide goods and services our community has prioritized during ongoing community visioning.
Thus far, with residents’ input, we have brought a grocery store, bank, healthcare services, office space, a movie theater, sit-down restaurant dining, and retail space into the 24:1 Community, with more projects in the works.
